---
This pack includes the assets in multiple common 3D formats for easy use across different engines and workflows:
- Individual GLB files — recommended for the easiest setup, with textures embedded directly in each file.
- Individual FBX files — supplied with a separate Textures folder for each asset.
- Individual OBJ + MTL files — supplied with their matching Textures folder.
- One Blender .blend file containing the complete pack.
- README, LICENSE, MANIFEST, and VERSION files.
- Optional Roblox, Unity, and Unreal Engine folders containing import guides and engine ready texture layouts.
To avoid unnecessary duplicate files, the Unity and Unreal folders do not contain additional copies of the meshes. Use the supplied FBX files together with the engine ready textures.
These assets are static props unless otherwise stated. They do not include rigs or animations.
License & Usage
Purchasing or downloading this asset pack grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the assets as part of your own finished projects.
You MAY:
- Use the assets in commercial or non-commercial games, applications, animations, videos, interactive experiences, and other finished projects.
- Modify the assets as necessary for use within those projects.
- Sell or monetise a finished project that contains these assets, provided the assets are incorporated into the project and are not being sold or distributed as standalone assets.
You MAY NOT:
- Sell, resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, give away, upload, or otherwise make the asset files available to another person, whether for free or for payment.
- Sell or redistribute the assets individually, as part of another asset pack, model collection, template, starter kit, resource library, marketplace listing, or similar product.
- Sell or redistribute modified, converted, recoloured, optimised, remeshed, retopologised, or otherwise altered versions of the assets as standalone assets.
- Upload the assets, or modified versions of them, to another asset marketplace, stock website, model-sharing website, repository, or similar service.
- Use the assets in any product whose primary purpose is to provide the assets themselves to the end user.
- Include the source files in a project where they can reasonably be extracted, downloaded, copied, or reused by the end user.
- Claim authorship or ownership of the original Zelgraz assets.
- Transfer your licence to another person or organisation except where expressly permitted by an applicable marketplace licence.
These assets were created with the assistance of generative AI, then curated, prepared, checked, and exported for use across multiple platforms and engines.
Unity
For Unity, we recommend importing the FBX files.
- Set the FBX Scale Factor to 100 if the models appear too small.
- FBX is recommended over OBJ for most Unity projects.
- If a Unity folder is included, use the supplied engine ready textures such as Albedo, Normal, and MetallicSmoothness.
- For leaves, foliage, fences, or other cutout materials, enable Alpha Clipping / Transparency and use the alpha channel from the Albedo texture where required.
This is a general purpose asset pack rather than a Unity Asset Store package. Prefabs, preconfigured materials, scripts, and demo scenes are not included unless specifically stated. Materials may need to be connected manually.
Unreal Engine
For Unreal Engine, we recommend importing the FBX files.
- If the model scale appears incorrect, adjust the FBX import scale. Depending on your project settings, values such as 1 or 100 may be appropriate.
- FBX is recommended over OBJ for most Unreal projects.
- If an Unreal folder is included, use the supplied engine ready textures such as BaseColor, Normal, and ORM.
- For leaves and other cutout materials, use a Masked material and connect the BaseColor alpha channel to the Opacity Mask input.
This is not a cooked Unreal Marketplace package. Prebuilt .uasset files, configured materials, Blueprints, and demo levels are not included unless specifically stated. Materials may need to be created and connected manually.
